The Internet Sales and Service Representative is one of the most important members of the iBoomerang team, essentially serving as a voice of the company to our clients nation-wide. As an Internet Sales and Service Rep, you will work closely with prospects and clients, from the sale to training to continued support. This is a perfect opportunity for outgoing, tech-savvy individuals looking to have a big impact on a growing business.

You'll be working with a team of skilled and intelligent sales and support reps who have a genuine interest in furthering their careers in the field of information technology and/or consumer relations. WHAT WE DO

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Administrative and clerical duties as needed.
• Respond to customer inquiries and requests.
• Effectively promote and explain products on all customer calls.
• Set up and activate new accounts once sale is made.
• Provide technical support to clients.
• Follow-up on unresolved customer issues.
• Track and log all calls handled.
• Contact and/or pitch prospects and partners via phone, e-mail or other means.
• Maintain strong client relations.

REQUIREMENTS

• College students/grads majoring in computer development, I.T. or related field encouraged to apply.
• Highly computer literate.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem solving abilities.
• 50 WPM minimum.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Positive attitude and driven personality.
• Previous sales experience a plus.
